About Us

Club Spectrum ABA is the creation of Cori-Anne Bonfilio, BCBA. When Ms. Bonfilio’s son was discharged from his first Speech Therapy clinic for lack of progress, she knew she would need to do something drastic for the sake of her child, and switched her major from Chemistry to Communication Science and Disorders, in order to be her child’s best advocate and teacher. A few short years later, both of her sons were referred to ABA. It was within that time that her ‘non-verbal’ child began to verbalize – and her attention was drawn to a brand new field of possibilities.

Recognizing the benefits ABA had to all aspects of her children’s lives, she switched fields again, moving into Behavior Analysis, and after a decade of working in the field, created Club Spectrum ABA, an ABA clinic focusing on the revolution of applied behavior analysis within our Autism community and beyond, and not the evolution of ASD in our children.

Living with Autism in a typical world can sometimes feel like living on an Island where no one understands, but at Club Spectrum ABA, we do. We are working hard to change the world for our children, not our children for the world, all while teaching our clients the skills necessary to navigate the possibilities. We believe that by bridging the gap between the atypical and typical communities, we can create a world where acceptance is not the goal, because diversity is the norm, and anything is possible.
